Collection and Use of Personal Information
We collect information from our website for a number of reasons but primarily to provide our sympathizers, partners and participants in one of our activities, with the most useful and relevant information and services from Stichting Europartners.
They are giving their permission by providing their information in person, by sending an email in person or registration via our website.
Participants in activities are giving their permission by filling in the form on the website and tick the opt-in function.
This information will be recorded in several data systems:
• CRM – for personal contact and sending information by email
• Mailchimp – for online e-newsletters (Newsflash)
• Mail – for prayer supporters
• Mollie – for payments via our website
• Website – for registration to our events
We may collect the following personal information from you:
• Contact information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number, year of birth.
• Billing information such as credit card number, and billing address

• Fulfil requests
• Send our newsletter (Newsflash) and/or our Report and Prayer letter

Other data may be collected automatically such as details of visits to our site, including but not limited to traffic data, location data, web logs and other communications data. In addition to personal information voluntarily provided, we also collect information about visits to our website e.g. time and date of visit, pages viewed. CRM System
Stichting Europartners uses a basic CRM-system. It keeps the information of our sympathizers partner-organisations, participants of events, stakeholders, suppliers, donors.
Information like: Name, Last Name, Country and City, (mobile)phone number, email address, Skype address, year of birth, Company name, role, and website. And the role they have in and the way they are connected to Stichting Europartners.
This information will be kept as long it is needed to exercise our service.
Newsflash
All our sympathizers have the opportunity to subscribe to our digital newsletter ‘Newsflash’. Stichting Europartners uses the service of Mailchimp. This is a web-based e-mail service that provides statistics. In this way we can obtain insight in the way our emails are handled. How many times they are read? How many times does one click on a link. In this way Stichting Europartners is able to optimize and personalize the information send to our sympathizers. This system also makes it possible to derive a selection to approach specific target groups.
For unsubscribing, all it takes is a click at the button in the footer of every Newsflash or sending an email to info@europartners.org.
Monthly Report and Prayer letter
This letter will be sent once a month to those who specifically ask to support us by prayer and will also be sent to every representative of the countries involved with Stichting Europartners and to our donors. It is our way to communicate our need in prayer as well as to give accountability to our main stakeholders. Unsubscribing is also by sending an email to info@europartners.org.
Mollie
All payments via our website are recorded and processed via the payment service provider Mollie. We don’t register any data, except when you have given us permission to collect automatically, the banking account is known by us. It will not be used for any other purpose, nor is it available to any other person.
Website
In the CRM of the website we only keep the information you provide, for example by filling in the form to attend one of our events, to receive our Newsletter or request to contact you. This information will be saved in the CRM of the website for 6 months at the most.
Opt-In/Opt-Out/Update your preferences
You will be asked to positively opt-in to receive information by submitting the relevant forms on our website.
If you have indicated that you wish to receive an update, then you may receive communications by email. All our emails offer the opportunity to opt-out of future emails.

Photos and videos of our events
We regularly organize events, like training, conferences and our Young Professionals Academy. During these events we might take pictures of videos for promotional purpose. These images can be visible on our website, social media, flyers or other. By filling in the form to participate one of the events mentioned above, one will give permission for using them. However at every event there will be an announcement and permission for taking a picture or participation on a video will be asked.
We will make an announcement on our channels that third parties are not allowed to make use of our media without getting permission of the person(s) involved.
Data Retention
We will retain your information for as long as your relationship with Stichting Europartners is active, is needed to provide you services, or in-line with legal and regulatory obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
