With over 25 years of experience, Drs. Joop Egmond specializes in unlocking human potential to drive healthy, sustainable, and profitable growth. After earning his degree in business economics in both Rotterdam and the United States, Joop spent 11 successful years at Unilever, where he led several major (re)organizations and achieved measurable, lasting results.
For the past 12 years, Joop has guided over 150 organizations in translating ambition into action. He is a seasoned executive coach and process facilitator, known for helping leaders accelerate growth by placing people and purpose at the centre of their strategy.
As a co-founder of InMensGrow, Joop works with directors and leadership teams to realize bold ambitions, by tapping into the transformative potential already present in their people. InMensGrow combines interactive workshops with smart digital tools to support lasting change from within.

Ian Smith
Ian is a Director of Springbrook Partnership and is an EMCC Accredited Coach/Mentor at Senior Practitioner level. With thirty years’ experience as a senior executive with international organisations in the corporate and non-profit sectors, he brings both depth and breadth of experience to the Partnership. His role in the non-profit sector was strongly cross-cultural, establishing operational bases in eleven countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa with indigenous leaders.
Ian’s heart is to invest in leaders and to equip the leaders of the future enabling them to be authentic, courageous role models and ambassadors. is a core component, helping them make a difference to organisational health and culture, empowering individuals and teams to flourish and realise their potential.

Wouter Droppers has spent over 35 years walking alongside leaders in the business world. He has served as president of several companies in the automotive sector and now leads Europartners, a European network for Christian business leaders. In this role, he advises, supports, and encourages entrepreneurs across Europe in exploring the intersection of faith, purpose, life, and business.
With a background in both business and theology, Wouter brings a unique perspective to leadership and entrepreneurship. He is also the author of The Jerusalem Entrepreneur, a book that explores how entrepreneurs can build profitable businesses that serve and bless all stakeholders.
